We are seeking a highly motivated and creative part-time Product/UI/UX Designer to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will lead the design process for innovative digital health products that have the potential to revolutionize the industry. From concept to delivery, you will shape the user experience and visual identity of our solutions, ensuring they align with our studio's design vision.
Responsibilities**:**
- End-to-End Design Leadership: Lead and participate in the full product/UI/UX design process, from ideation and requirements gathering to wireframing, prototyping, and final visual design.
- User-Centric Design: Champion user-centered design principles, conducting thorough user research and testing to inform your design decisions. Your work will directly impact how people manage their health and well-being.
- Elevating Emotional Well-being: Craft emotionally engaging user interfaces that resonate with users on a personal level, contributing to improved mental and emotional well-being.
- Collaborative Innovation: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, to drive innovation and ensure the successful delivery of groundbreaking products.
- Studio's Vision: Uphold and advance our studio's design vision, maintaining a consistent and impactful design style across all our products.
- Accessibility and Inclusivity: Implement accessibility best practices, ensuring that our products are usable by individuals of all abilities, furthering our commitment to inclusivity.
- Documentation for Excellence: Create and maintain design documentation, including comprehensive style guides, design systems, and UI patterns, setting a gold standard for excellence in design.
Qualification
- Proven track record as a Product/UI/UX Designer, showcasing your outstanding design work for mobile and web applications. 2+ years of commercial experience.
- Proficiency in leading design tools such as Figma or similar.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, with a passion for crafting intuitive and impactful experiences.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum development environments is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with the digital health or wellness sector is a plus.
- English level B1+;
